Dutch Weave Wire Mesh is made of high quality stainless steel wire woven. The main feature is the warp and weft wire diameter and density of greater contrast, and therefore the net thickness and filtering accuracy and life will have a more significant increase than the average square mesh.

Mesh with a Dutch weave is woven to a precise tolerance for a much denser finished material with small, curved tunnel-shaped openings. Light does not pass through Dutch-woven micronic filter mesh. Thick and sturdy Dutch weaves are typically used for hydraulic fluid filters, gas diffusers, vacuum filters, pressure liquid filters, and breather vents.
Dutch weave is divided into plain Dutch weave and twill Dutch weave. 80x700 Mesh uses twill Dutch weave.
