Nickel wire mesh, also called nickel mesh screen, nickel mesh and Nickel wire cloth. The commonly used nickel wire’s purity is 99.6%(N6) and 99.9%(N4). Nickel Mesh is used typically when corrosion resistance is required, and frequently utilized in applications requiring shielding of electromagnetic interference and radio frequency interference.
Nickel mesh is made of nickel wire through warp and weft woven, mesh holes are generally the square hole. The main specifications are 20 mesh, 30 mesh, 40 mesh, 60 mesh, 150 mesh, 300 mesh, 350 mesh, 400 mesh etc. The wire diameter ranges from 0.03 to 0.4 mm. After surface coating treatment, it is applied to the alkali, hydrogen production and new energy battery industries.
We are capable of manufacturing nickel mesh as thin as 400mesh per inch with aperture of 30 micron. The most commonly ordered size is 350mesh per inch which is available in our inventory all the time.
